Dr. Andrew I. Hanna

  Andrew I. Hanna, D.O. is double board-certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Dr. Hanna graduated medical school achieving accolades including scholarships and Sigma Sigma Phi honors. Dr. Hanna earned the prestigious award "Intern of the Year" while in Miami and later was asked to serve as Chief Resident. He then went on to continue his medical career at the distinguished University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he completed both his residency and fellowship. While at UCLA, Dr. Hanna served as a clinical instructor at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, emphasizing his dedication to medical education and mentorship. Dr. Hanna currently serves as the medical director of the Back and Neck Center at MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center.

Dr. Hanna employs a variety of treatments including image-guided procedural interventions, medication optimization, minimally invasive surgical procedures, and advanced neuromodulation surgeries. His commitment to the field is further demonstrated by his numerous publications on complex topics in pain management.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Hanna values time with his family, traveling with his wife, and is passionate about the Los Angeles Lakers.  He enjoys watching formula 1 and playing basketball and golf
