Medical Bill Statement
Following your virtual visit, you may receive a billing invoice related to your medical encounter. Depending on your insurance, you may use this to submit a claim to your medical insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note, reimbursement is at the discretion of your insurance company. PainDocsNow does not guarantee reimbursement and will not refund the visit in the event the insurance denies your reimbursement claim.
Visit Summary
Upon request, PainDocsNow may generate an after-visit document including the patient name, date of the encounter, and discrete summary of the nature of the visit. The document will outline that you were indeed seen by a physician at PainDocsNow with confirmation of the date of service to present as a "doctor's note" if needed.
